Service
Lemr helps you create and run Meta ads. Lemr runs ads on your behalf in your Meta ad account with your approval.
Billing
Lemr is free during the pilot. You do not need a card. When billing starts, Lemr costs $59 per month and includes 100 ad images each month. Additional images cost $15 per 100. We will give you 30 days notice before any charge. Meta bills your ad spend directly.
Your responsibilities
You own and control your Meta account. You are responsible for your business claims, offers, content, approvals, and compliance with laws and Meta policies. You must have the rights to anything you ask Lemr to use in an ad.
Service limits
Lemr provides the service as-is. Advertising results depend on factors outside Lemr's control. Lemr does not guarantee leads, sales, reach, or other performance. To the extent the law permits, Lemr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Lemr or delete your account at any time. Lemr may suspend or end access if you misuse the service or violate these terms. Any Meta ad spend already incurred remains your responsibility.
